- Please check your group practice calendars regularly for any changes. The practice calendar can be found HERE.
- The HSA Town Hall Meeting recording can be viewed by following this link: HSA Town Hall Meeting Fall 2025 (please refer to the updated volunteer policy listed below, as there have been changes made after the Town Hall meeting).
- The slides from the new parent meeting can be found HERE.
- All existing members on the team will be bulk-renewed with USA Swimming. If you have had a USA Swimming account with another team, you will need to submit a transfer.
A few reminders for volunteering at Fran Norris
- Review the meet invitation found here
- Friday’s session is for all ages
- Saturday AM session is for 13+, the midday session is for 12U
- Sunday AM session is for 13+, the midday session is for 12U
- Timelines for all sessions will be released the week prior to the meet; typically, by Wednesday of meet week
- Please refer to the VOLUNTEER POLICY and FAQs, and ONLY sign up for up to 2 volunteer spots
- Any open volunteer spots will be released 72 hours prior to the Friday session
Upcoming Events:
- Fran Norris Invitational: Friday, October 17th through Sunday, October 19th. All meet information, including registration, can be found by following this LINK. The deadline to register is October 3rd.
- Trunk or Treat: Friday, October 24th, from 6:15 to 7:15 pm. Come out as a “treater” or “trunker”! More details to come.
- October Rocket Meet: Saturday, October 25th. More information to come.
- NAC Fall Invite: November 8th – 9th at the Nashville Centennial Sportsplex. All meet information, along with the link to sign up, can be found HERE. Registration deadline is October 24th.
- November Rocket Meet: Saturday, November 15th. More information to come.
- AHSAA High School State Meet: November 21st – 22nd at the Huntsville Aquatics Center.
