Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 5:30-6:30 pm with Coach Matt
Saturday: 8:30-9:30 am with Coach Colette
Must be able to swim 25 yds of free and 25 yds of back
Focus of this group is teaching and developing the four competitive strokes, as well as teaching proper starts and turns.
Swimmers are encouraged to attend 2 to 3 practices per week.

Swimmer must be able to swim all 4 strokes legally, and demonstrate an understanding of starts and turns.
Focus of this group is to continue to develop proper stroke technique, while introducing basic concepts of interval training. Goal setting is also introduced at the basic level.
Swimmers are encouraged to attend 3 to 4 practice per week.

Swimmer must be able to demonstrate a proficiency in all 4 strokes, as well as some training and performance criteria.
Focus of this group is to develop advanced stroke technique, while introducing advanced interval training. Goal setting is incorporated heavily.
Swimmers are encouraged to attend 4 to 5 practices per week.

Swimmer must be able to demonstrate a proficiency in all 4 strokes, as well as some training and performance criteria.
This group is designed for older swimmers either late to the sport of swimming, or involved in other sports or activites.
Swimmers are encouraged to attend as many practices as possible

This group is designed for those who desire to achieve the highest levels of age group swimming.
Swimmers are highly encouraged to attend 5-8 practices per week.

Swimmer must be able to demonstrate a high level of both training and performance.
This group is designed for those who wish to progress to the highest levels of swimming nationally and internationally.
Swimmers are required to attend 7-10 practices per week.
