HSA offers US Masters Swimming for adults (18+) of all ages and abilities
who want to improve their overall fitness, develop better technique, or
train for any type of swimming competition.

Masters swims Monday through Saturday from 5-7 am at the Nat with Coach Brooke Pate.
Visiting Masters from out of town are welcome.
